- GTA & Southern Ontario: 1 business day (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Barrie, Niagara)
- Ottawa & Eastern Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada: 1–2 business days
- Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 2–3 business days
- Alberta & BC: 2–4 business days
- Northern Canada & remote postal codes: 4–7 business days

- Free shipping on all orders over $150

Same-day dispatch cutoff
Weekday orders placed AND paid before 3pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on Canadian statutory holidays ship the next business day.
