Every batch that lands in our Toronto facility goes through a three-stage quality program before it touches a vacuum sealer. Safety, contraindications and harm-reduction

Freezing dried mushrooms is acceptable but unnecessary and can introduce condensation when thawed; refrigeration is not recommended because temperature swings between fridge and counter accelerate moisture migration into the product.
