Refund & Replacement Policy

Lost packages

If Canada Post tracking confirms your package is lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch), we'll re-ship your order at no charge. Just email orders@shroomyzcanada.ca with your order number and tracking link.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and contents before opening fully, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Wrong item received

If we shipped the wrong product, we'll ship the correct item at no charge and you can keep or discard the incorrect product. No need to return anything.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before payment is received. Once payment is auto-deposited or BTC is confirmed, the order is in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
