What we collect

Order details (name, shipping address, email, phone), payment confirmation (Interac e-Transfer reference or BTC transaction ID), and standard server logs (IP, browser type) used to prevent fraud and abuse.

How we use it

Solely to fulfill your order, communicate about your order, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not share, sell, or rent your data. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.

Retention

Order records retained for 7 years per Canadian tax record-keeping requirements, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing orders@shroomyzcanada.ca. We respond within 30 days per PIPEDA.
